Rebar Grade A2
Rebar A2 has rib on its surface and is considered as semi-rigid rebar. This type is more resistant than rebar A1. In terms of application in construction industry, this rebar is more used as stirrups. The yield strength of this product is 3000 kg/cm2 and its breaking strength is 5000 kg/cm2. Its plastic deformation is 19% as well. Welding on this type of rebar is not recommended.
Rebar Grade A1
This type of rebar is known as mild type without any rug or rib on the surface. In terms of hardness, this type of rebar is considered as the soft rebar. The yield strength of this product is 2300 kg/cm2 and its breaking strength is 3800 kg/cm2. Its plastic deformation is 25% as well. This product is very suitable for welding and forging operations and is known as a ductile rebar.
Portland Pozzolanic Cement
Pozzolanic cement is a mixture of pozzolan and clinker. It has specific functionality due to having both specification together, highly resistance in Sulphur ions and sulphate areas. Its slow hardening specification ,especially accompanied by chloride ions prepared wide variety of constructions. In marine structures, sewage works, bridges, piers, dams and suitable for hot climate conditions.
Portland cement type
In contrast with Portland cement type II, the C3A content is even lower in Portland cement type V. ]t cusses lower hydration heat generating and higher sulfate resistance. So its more appropriate for the sulphurous areas. This type is used for constructions such as sewerage piping system, water construction, etc.
Portland Cement type
This type of cement has lower C3A content , so has lower heat generation and higher resistance in neighboring sulphurous conditions. In salty chloride conditions this could be a the most durable type of concrete . It's mostly used in infrastructure constructions like dams, pools, water transfer pipe lines , foundations and water containers. .
