Rebar Grade A4

Specifications of A4 rebars show that these rebars have higher durability and strength than rebars A1, A2, A3, but due to the lack of high-tech facilities and technology and use of insufficient high carbon steels, Production of A4 rebar was not possible. Today, with the advancement of technology and the construction of the Tremax system, […]

Rebar Grade A3

Rebar A3 has spiral ribbed shape and is considered as the semi-hard rebar. This type of rebar has higher resistance than rebars A1 and A2. The yield strength of this product is 4000 kg/cm2 and its breaking strength is 6000 kg/cm2. Its plastic deformation is 14% as well. Welding operations are not recommended on this type of product in any way. Regarding the application, this product can be used in the main rebars of the structure, including the longitudinal rebars of beams and columns.

Rebar Grade A2

Rebar A2 has rib on its surface and is considered as semi-rigid rebar. This type is more resistant than rebar A1. In terms of application in construction industry, this rebar is more used as stirrups. The yield strength of this product is 3000 kg/cm2 and its breaking strength is 5000 kg/cm2. Its plastic deformation is 19% as well. Welding on this type of rebar is not recommended.

Rebar Grade A1

This type of rebar is known as mild type without any rug or rib on the surface. In terms of hardness, this type of rebar is considered as the soft rebar. The yield strength of this product is 2300 kg/cm2 and its breaking strength is 3800 kg/cm2. Its plastic deformation is 25% as well. This product is very suitable for welding and forging operations and is known as a ductile rebar.
